• Write a two-page paper explaining how the MIS functional area can leverage, data, information, to gain a competitive advantage.
• Describe the competitive advantage that Woodworker Cabinets could have if the company upgrades its Web site.

 

 

 

SECOND PART 3-2

Purpose

To assess your ability to:

• Accurately respond to and plan for the specific needs of an MIS project.

Action Items

• Consider the perspectives of each of the five departments in the Woodworker Cabinets company.
• Write a two-page memorandum, from the perspective of each department, in which you argue for, or against, the strategic value of upgrading the organizational Web site for Woodworker Cabinets.

 

THIRD PART 3-3

Action Items
