Read Case 2.1,” Organizational Culture Can Help Reduce Burnout in Hospitals” (p.57) and answer questions 1, 2 and 3. Remember to answer the questions using the facts of the case and the concepts introduced in the textbook and any additional readings. You must also clearly explain your reasoning.

Your paper must be 3-4 pages, APA formatted with headings.  Additionally, you must have a cover page and referencing page.   Do not number your answers, instead uses APA headings.  The paper must have an introduction, a body and a conclusion along with a minimum of 3 citations not including the textbook.  This paper is a case analysis and as such, it must be written in 3rd person.  See the Course Tips and Tools located under the announcements for details on how to complete a case analysis as well as review the sample papers provided so that you understand the formatting.   

Use your last name as the first word in your file name and then put the type of assignment and week clearly in the file name (e.g., “YourLastName-Week1-Case”). Should the instructor need to download your submission to read it, without your last name in the file name it is not clear whose answer is being graded.
